General Manager 

The General Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing staff, and driving business growth through client acquisition. This role requires a proactive leader with strong communication skills, the ability to manage teams, and a track record of success in business development.
Key Responsibilities:
Team Management:
Hire, train, and mentor cleaning staff to ensure high-quality service standards.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
Schedule and coordinate employee shifts to meet business demands.
Client Acquisition & Business Development:
Develop and execute strategies to attract new clients and expand EcoClean Pros’ presence in the market.
Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring excellent service and customer satisfaction.
Manage marketing and promotional activities to drive growth.
Operational Management:
Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
Monitor and control expenses to maintain profitability while ensuring top-notch service delivery.
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures.
Quality Control:
Ensure all services meet the company’s eco-friendly standards and client expectations.
Address any client concerns or service issues promptly.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular updates on key performance indicators (KPIs) to the owner.
Analyze business performance and recommend improvements.
